Nowadays competition becomes more and more furious. As an inexperienced man I pay more attention to training chance when I choose my first work. Though I learn much knowledge in university lack social experience is my weakness. Good training chance will change my direction in my future career. Some classmates focus the payment of their first work, but I think It’s shortsighted. At the initially several years it’s the good time to learn a lot of working experience and the experience will lead us to success in our career.
